1. Services

Zenith Aerial provides professional drone photography, videography, mapping, and inspection services. All services are subject to weather conditions, airspace restrictions, and applicable FAA regulations.

2. Booking and Payment

A deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due upon delivery of final files. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Deposits are non-refundable unless the service is cancelled by Zenith Aerial.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service will receive a full refund of any deposit paid. Cancellations within 48 hours may forfeit the deposit. Weather-related cancellations will be rescheduled at no additional cost.

4. Deliverables

Deliverables will be provided via our secure client portal. Standard delivery time is 5-7 business days unless otherwise agreed. Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee. Files are available for download for 30 days after delivery.

5. Usage Rights

Upon full payment, clients receive a license to use deliverables for the agreed-upon purpose. Zenith Aerial retains the right to use images and footage for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Liability

Zenith Aerial maintains commercial drone insurance and operates in compliance with FAA Part 107 regulations. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for services. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control.

7. Privacy

We respect your privacy and handle all personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Client files and data are stored securely and not shared with third parties.
